Prize Zones are located in Virginia Lottery offices throughout the state. For all prizes of $100 and above, a photo I.D. and proof of Social Security number is required.
As a result of the Patriot Act, effective October 1, 2006, two (2) forms of ID will be required to cash a check greater than $1,000.00 at any Bank of America branch. For a list of acceptable IDs, click here.

Lottery Headquarters is at the intersection of Main Street and 9th Street in downtown Richmond, Virginia, near the State Capitol.
To claim a prize at this location, players must visit the Prize Zone, located in the back of the building (next door to Commonwealth Park Suites Hotel located at 901 Bank Street).
Public parking is available in several downtown locations, easily within walking distance of the Prize Zone.
