  The BONUS WEB CODE is the 6-digit alpha numeric code found under the latex on the front of the Scratcher. The Promotion Entry Number is the 14-digit number found on the back of the Scratcher.
• I received a message that says my non-winning Scratcher has already been entered. How can that be if I have the Scratcher in my possession, and what should I do?
  First, check your list of previously submitted entries to verify that the non-winning Scratcher has not been previously entered by you. If it has not, please contact the Lottery by filling out the email form on our Contact Us page. Include all applicable numbers that you tried to enter, and the Virginia Lottery will investigate.
• May I play for prizes more than once?
  Yes. You can play and win multiple times in a day, however you can only enter 25 eligible, non-winning SUPER BONUS CROSSWORD Scratchers per day for this promotion.
• I have Scratchers, but I can't remember whether I have entered them into the drawing. How can I see which Scratchers have been entered?
  Each time you submit a non-winning SUPER BONUS CROSSWORD Scratcher, a record of the entry appears on the play for prizes page on valottery.com. All of your entries are in that list, so you may cross-reference that list with the Scratchers you are holding.
