Each Boulder Blast™ game starts with three rows of balls at the top of the board and 30 moves.

Here’s how the game works.                                                                            

In each move, the cannon will produce a Color Ball or a Feature Ball. Aim the cannon toward the balls at the top of the board. Click to shoot the ball from the cannon, and try to form a cluster of balls. A cluster must have three or more balls of the same color. Any cluster that is created during a move will be removed from the board. Each ball removed will increase the number on the corresponding Color Meter by one. Each ball shot from the cannon will count as one move. Do not let the balls on the board get close to the cannon, or they will turn into gray stones. A gray stone in a cluster will not increase any Color Meter. If you collect enough balls of one color to fill a Color Meter, you win the highlighted prize amount shown on that Color Meter. You will be awarded only the highlighted prize on that Color Meter. Once a Color Meter has been filled, any additional balls of that color will not be added to that Color Meter but will be removed from the board when part of a cluster.

Feature Balls: The following Feature Balls could be produced by the cannon.

• Bomb Ball: When a Bomb Ball is shot from the cannon, the Bomb Ball will destroy all balls to which it attaches. Each ball removed will increase the number on the corresponding Color Meter by one.
• Chameleon Ball: When a Chameleon Ball is shot from the cannon, it will attach to a ball on the board and match the color of that ball. For example, if you shoot a Chameleon Ball and it attaches to an orange ball, the Chameleon Ball will change color and become an orange ball. If a cluster is formed because of a Chameleon Ball changing color, each ball removed will increase the number on the corresponding Color Meter by one.
• Hyper Ball: When a Hyper Ball is shot from the cannon, the Hyper Ball will randomly select balls on the board and remove those balls. Each ball removed will increase the number on the corresponding Color Meter by one.
