Marketing Strategy: Join Director of Marketing, Scott Kenyon and Marketing managers, Lindsay Yowell, Corey Klingel and Prudence Milligan as they provide details on the strategy and game schedule for FY ’25.
Sales Strategy: Director of Sales, Tom Sawyer and Sales managers, Liz Patterson, Lisa Crump and La’Shawn Reid will deliver the FY ’25 strategy for their teams and review FY ’24
Save the Data: Conducted by the team from Rubrik, Save the Data is a fully immersive experience where you'll get an end-to-end understanding of what happens in the event of a ransomware attack. Participants will immerse themselves in a live action "Save the Data" role-play exercise focused on the real-world consequences of a cyber-attack. From playing the part of a CIO to joining active board meetings, attendees will leave with a new and more comprehensive understanding of what really takes place when an organization is hit by ransomware.
Scratch Ticket Game Design: Same as in 2023, each team will design a scratch ticket and present on Wednesday morning to all attendees. Judges will score the designs and the best design wins! Get creative, some designs could even be selected for addition to the Lottery Scratch ticket portfolio!
Let’s Make a Deal: Do you enjoy the tv game show? Well, you will get to experience it live at Hotel Roanoke! To prepare for our launch of the Let’s Make a Deal scratcher, print’ n play and online instant games in October, join us for a fun-filled game of thrills and laughs presented by the team from Alchemy3. Dr. Wilson has also been featured in Forbes Magazine. Dr. Wilson is the proud of mother of two children, AnnMarie and Trey and one fur baby, Charlie Wilson.

Jeffrey Schweig, President – Alchemy3
An industry veteran with over 30 years of lottery marketing experience, Jeff has a reputation for being a trailblazer in the areas of branded lottery games and integrated marketing communications (IMC). He is credited with pioneering the concept of the branded lottery ticket when he served eight years as Director of Marketing for the Illinois Lottery. While there, he created IMC programs to support the lottery’s branded and non-branded games. Prior to Alchemy3, Jeff was Senior Vice President of Marketing for MDI Entertainment, responsible for licensed brand acquisitions. He created MDI’s IMC group to provide marketing support services to lotteries requesting assistance. And, as the head of company communications for Scientific Games, he spearheaded overall company marketing and identity efforts.
Andrew Hill, Marketing Director – IGT
Andrew has been working for IGT since immediately before the last name change and he has the GTECH badge to prove it. Over the past decade he has helped lotteries around the country and around the world to identify industry trends and unlock growth opportunities. Prior to his career in lottery, he worked for a business intelligence startup in Philadelphia focused on making advanced marketing analytics more readily accessible to new businesses.
Melissa Pursley, Senior Vice President Lottery Product & Sales Development – IGT
Melissa joined the Company in 2015 and was most recently named IGT’s SVP of Global Lottery Product and Sales Development. She spent her prior time with the company in leadership roles for IGT Indiana, which supports sales and marketing for the Hoosier Lottery, most recently as Chief Operating Officer and General Manager. In her role, Melissa is responsible for supporting our lottery customers’ growth and driving our product strategy, while leveraging her experience as a Lottery Operator. Melissa also serves on IGT’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion council and is a co-executive sponsor of PRIDE at IGT. Melissa has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois. She lives just outside Indianapolis, Indiana with her partner Tracy and their three dogs. An avid nature lover, boater, and gardener, she enjoys reading, weight lifting and traveling.
Jason Lisiecki, EVP, Global – IWG
Jason brings over 15 years of lottery industry expertise, having served at both Michigan Lottery and now IWG. At Michigan Lottery, he initially focused on retail products before becoming the Digital Products Director to help start up the launch of Michigan’s iLottery program. He later joined William Hill US as Director of Product, driving innovation in sports betting. For the past six years, Jason has been with IWG, working closely with lotteries worldwide to develop and implement effective eInstant content strategies.
Colin Hadden, General Manager and Vice President – Neopollard Interactive.
Colin is an international board level leader with extensive experience in lottery executive leadership, business operations, business growth and change. Starting his career as a Software Engineer, Colin moved to commercial and operational roles running large technology enabled businesses in several regulated markets. Colin has an in-depth understanding of retail and interactive lottery, payments, branding, product portfolio management and the provision of enterprise technology to a wide range of industries. After leading IGT lottery business in Northern Europe, Colin moved to the US as General Manager of IGT Indiana (Hoosier Lottery) and then on to be General Manager of Camelot Illinois (Illinois Lottery private manager). Colin has also held roles outside the UK living in South Africa and the Middle East. Colin re-settled in the US in 2023 following the Covid pandemic and is General Manager and Vice President of Neopollard Interactive based in Lansing, MI. Colin lives in Indianapolis with his wife Sharon and English Foxhound Tilly.

Brandon Egan is the Kroger Personal Finance Senior Manager of Lottery. He has worked 24 years for the Kroger company with 6 months in his current role. He has held positions with the company around operations such as store manager and process improvement manager. He has held positions in the company regarding merchandising with roles such as category manager and division sales manager. He finds passion in his work around collaboration with company and outside partners, data analytics and the stories data can tell, and finding new avenues to grow his responsible business. He is married with 3 daughters and 2 female dogs so he understands being outnumbered.
Bryan Stewart, Director of Operations – Handy Mart
Bryan Stewart is a convenience store veteran with over 20 years in the industry. He started as an Assistant Manager and worked in every position all the way up to Director of Operations. He has lived in 10 states and currently resides in Berkeley Springs, WV with his wife and 3 kids. Handy Mart is a 16-store convenience chain located in and around Winchester, VA

Chip Holcher, Enterprise Sales Representative – Rubrik, Inc.
With over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, Chip is a seasoned and passionate enterprise sales representative at Rubrik, Inc., a leading cloud data management company. His expertise lies in building relationships and virtual teams, supporting customers' highest priorities and biggest challenges, and delivering software and service solutions that meet their needs and goals.
Currently, he focuses on the state and local government and education (SLED) sector in Virginia and DC, where he helps customers plan for an expedited recovery in the event of a cyber-attack, leveraging Rubrik's innovative and secure platform. Before joining Rubrik, Chip worked with several leading IT companies, such as BetterUp, Revel Technology, Nutanix, NetApp, Microsoft, and HP. This experience provided Chip with extensive knowledge and skills in various domains, including organizational transformation, cloud computing, data storage, and internet security. Chip enjoys collaborating with his team and partners and he is always eager to learn new technologies and best practices. Chip lives with his family in Glen Allen Virginia and our four and almost two-year-old girls, and nine-year-old German Shorthair Pointer keep us on the go. We like to spend time at parks, the pool and doing anything outdoors! Also, we love Bluey, Sesame Street, Gracie's Corner, Miss Rachel and Danny Go!
